Around the table at a joyful feast, across a whole weekend at an inspiring retreat or through a brief encounter with something yummy and sweet, through our own collaborations and curated events we will leave you nourished, energised, ready to thrive and step into the world anew!
We collaborate with beautiful venues in unique locations, with herbalists, bodyworkers, yoga teachers, other chefs and creative practitioners to bring you a range of workshops and retreats.
Through our latest series of collaborations we’ll bring you some of the best wellbeing and creative practitioners we know, offering a unique experience and an escape from the digital day-to-day.
Yoga & Mindful Mosaic Day
Sunday 23 May
Join Carolyn, from Freedom Yoga & Relaxation, Rachel Shilston and myself at the Inspiring Creativity Studio for a full day’s immersive experience, combining yoga, creativity and delicious food.
The morning will begin with Carolyn, who will guide you through a yoga practice designed to nurture, ignite or give access to creative possibilities.
At lunchtime we’ll bring delicious nourishment to your bellies. Gathering for a seasonal warming soup and salad spread, plus some cake for good measure, all made in our signature style!
The afternoon will be filled with the mindful making of beautiful mosaic mandalas, inspired by the seven chakras, to create a beautiful piece of art to take home with you at the end of the day.

Painting Retreat
with Diana Ali

Join Diana Ali from the BBC’s Big Painting Challenge in the beautiful cosy surrounds of the Tudor Farmhouse Hotel in the Forest of Dean.
Over 3 days you’ll explore a mix of painting and drawing techniques and ideas both within the environs of the Tudor Farmhouse and through walks and visits to other sites around the Wye Valley and Forest of Dean. You’ll also have time to relax, enjoy local walks and book wellbeing treatments throughout your stay.

Join Mel Skinner in the calm and cosy setting of the Tudor Farmhouse Hotel and give yourself permission to relax deeply with this special springtime yoga retreat designed to help you to relax every layer of your being.
With very gentle morning stretches, calming restorative yoga in the afternoon, and deeply restful yoga nidra, this retreat invites you to slow down, become still and relax your body and your mind.
We will be running two 3 day/2night yoga retreats back to back so you can opt for one or the other or both. The first two night yoga retreat will take place on May 7 & 8 and includes a relaxing stay in a luxury room plus:
